A typical karaoke video requires TWO steps:
Vocal isolation (1 credit per minute)
Lyrics syncing (1 credit per minute)
This means creating a complete video with our Base AI uses 2 credits per minute. With Pro sync, our most accurate option when you add your own lyrics, it's 6 credits per minute.
Example: A 3-minute song uses:
Vocal isolation: 3 credits
Lyrics syncing: 3 credits
Total: 6 credits
Queue exports are completely free with an active Standard or Premium subscription! Your video is processed in our queue and delivered when ready. During a free trial, or while a subscription payment is past due, queue exports use 1 credit per minute.
Standard subscribers: 2 videos can be exported at the same time
Premium subscribers: 5 videos can be exported at the same time (with priority processing)
Free users: 1 video at a time

We calculate your credit usage per started minute:
Up to 3 minutes (e.g., 2:40 or 3:00) = 3 credits
Over 3 minutes, up to 4 minutes (e.g., 3:01, 3:20 or 3:45) = 4 credits
We always round up to the next full minute, with a minimum of 1 credit.

To check your credit balance:
Click on your username in the top right corner
Select "Account & Credits" from the dropdown menu
Scroll to the "Credits" section, which has two tabs: Balance and History
Here you'll see:
Balance: Your available credits, how many expire in the next 7 days, your next refill date, and a "When your credits expire" list showing the expiry date of every batch (subscription credits require an active subscription)
History: Every credit added or used, with its date. Credits you've bought are labelled "Top-up credits" (valid for 1 year, no subscription required)

When creating videos, the credits that expire soonest are always used first, whether they come from your subscription or from a top-up. This way older credits are never wasted.
Purchased credits are valid for 1 year. Subscription credits last one month on Standard and two months on Premium, and they require an active subscription.
Q: What happens to my credits if I cancel my subscription?
A: You can keep using your subscription credits until your subscription ends. After that, any unused subscription credits are removed from your account, including Premium credits carried over from a previous month. Credits from top-ups are not affected: they remain valid for 1 year from the purchase date and can be used without an active subscription.
Q: Can I use credits from a previous month?
A: Premium subscribers can carry over up to 600 credits for one month, as long as the subscription stays active. Free and Standard plan credits do not roll over.
Q: Do my purchased credits expire?
A: Purchased credits are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
Q: How much does a typical video cost?
A: A 3-minute video with our Base AI uses 6 credits total (3 credits for vocal removal + 3 credits for lyrics syncing = 2 credits per minute). With queue export free on an active subscription, that's your only cost. Without one (including during a free trial), add 3 credits for queue export (9 credits total).
Q: What are concurrent exports?
A: This is how many videos you can have exporting at the same time. Free users get 1, Standard get 2, and Premium get 5. This is perfect for batch-creating multiple videos at once.
