A typical karaoke video requires TWO steps:
Vocal isolation (1 credit per minute)
Lyrics syncing (1 credit per minute)
This means creating a complete video uses 2 credits per minute.
Example: A 3-minute song uses:
Vocal isolation: 3 credits
Lyrics syncing: 3 credits
Total: 6 credits
Queue exports are completely free for all Standard and Premium subscribers! Your video is processed in our queue and delivered when ready.
Standard subscribers: 2 videos can be exported at the same time
Premium subscribers: 5 videos can be exported at the same time (with priority processing)
Free users: 1 video at a time

We calculate your credit usage based on duration down to the second:
3 minutes 30 seconds or less (e.g., 3:20) = 3 credits
Over 3 minutes 30 seconds (e.g., 3:45) = 4 credits
We round down at the 30-second mark and round up after it.

Click on your username in the top right corner
Select "Account & Credits" from the dropdown menu
Scroll to the "Credits" section
Here you'll see:
Subscription credits: Your monthly credit balance (used first)
Purchased credits: One-time credits you've bought (used after subscription credits, valid for 1 year)
Need more credits? You can purchase extra credits at any time.

Standard Monthly: 40% off (6¢ per credit)
Standard Annual: 50% off (5¢ per credit)
Premium Monthly: 75% off (2.5¢ per credit)

When creating videos, credits are used in this order:
Subscription credits (if you have an active subscription)
Purchased credits (after subscription credits are used)
Purchased credits are valid for 1 year, while subscription credits reset monthly (except Premium, which rolls over for one month).
Q: What happens to my credits if I cancel my subscription?
A: Your purchased credits remain valid for 1 year. However, you'll lose access to free queue exports and will need to pay 1 credit/min for queue exports as a non-subscriber.
Q: Can I use credits from a previous month?
A: Premium subscribers can carry over up to 600 credits for one month. Free and Standard plan credits do not roll over.
Q: Do my purchased credits expire?
A: Purchased credits are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
Q: How much does a typical video cost?
A: A 3-minute video with basic AI uses 6 credits total (3 credits for vocal removal + 3 credits for lyrics syncing = 2 credits per minute). With queue export free for subscribers, that's your only cost. For non-subscribers, add 3 credits for queue export (9 credits total = $0.90).
Q: What are concurrent exports?
A: This is how many videos you can have exporting at the same time. Free users get 1, Standard get 2, and Premium get 5. This is perfect for batch-creating multiple videos at once.
